To enter, complete Official Entry Form. All entries must be received by July 1, 2012. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. You may also obtain an official entry form by writing to Ohio Builder Resources, 5901-D Chandler Ct Westerville, OH 43082.
Grand Prize (1) Winners choice of a home improvement project offered by Ohio Builder Resources; Choose from (1) of the following: Tilt in replacement windows, roof system, Ohio Builder Resources Sunroom (12’x12’), a composite deck, a gutter protection system, Soffit Fascia trim, vinyl siding, attic insulation, a pergola, a entry doors system, a patio cover. First Prize (1) Winners choice of a bay, bow, or garden window, or an entry door system (est. retail value $5,000 each). Second Prize (20) double-hung or sliding window (est. retail value $590). All prizes include installation. This sweepstakes consists of several separate thematic presentations. Winners will be selected in a random drawing among all entries received from all presentations. Drawing will be conducted by Ohio Builder Resources. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. No purchase or in-home product demonstration required to win. Winners will be notified by phone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are non-refundable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. Winners must take delivery of prize within 1 year of being notified by the distributor. In the event the winner has purchased a product that is all or part of their prize between 07/01/2011 and 07/01/2012, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Entry constitutes (1) permission to use winner’s names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law, and (2) permission to be called for advertising purposes. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late entries or mail.
